Goal setting
Goal setting One of the strongest motivators is to set goals and achieve it. This motivates you to do it again and more... When you don't achieve your goals it demotivates you and you lose interest very quickly and come up with al sort of excuses. Success breeds success but failure is a big demorivator I written a book on Goal setting in order to find a better way to set goals for the students. In class it is best to give the student small goals and keep repeating it every day. I starter by focusing on 10 credits to get numeracy. Once the y achieved this iI keep reminding them to get 16 credits because 5 x 16 = 80 credits for level 1. I first set goals for the students and keep them focused on achieving it. Once they achieve success they can see the power of goal setting and do it themselves.
